… nach 48 Stunden Protest, sagt aber auch nicht so viel. Nur, dass sie offenbar Angst haben, dass die Kollegen von Yahoo Deutschland mit einem Bein im Knast stehen wenn auf flickr Bilder zu sehen sind f\u00fcr deren Betrachtung das Deutsche Recht (angeblich) einen Altersnachweis verlangt.<\/p>\n
Jetzt k\u00f6nnte man sich nat\u00fcrlich pr\u00e4chtig dar\u00fcber streiten ob nicht die Bezahlung per Kreditkarte in gewisser Weise einen Altersnachweis darstellt, so da\u00df zumindest die „pro“ Mitglieder \u00fcber diesen Zweifel erhaben w\u00e4ren. Das w\u00e4re nat\u00fcrlich immer noch ein unbefriedigender Zustand aber es h\u00e4tte von ein bisschen Nachdenken gezeugt.<\/p>\n
Schlie\u00dflich ist das Hauptproblem (IMHO), dass die Klassifizierung v\u00f6llig willk\u00fcrlich ist. Ich kann ein Bild von einer Butterblume einstellen und es als „restricted“ markieren, auf der anderen Seite aber einen Geschlechtsakt nicht markieren und dann ist es an flickr es zu sehen und wegzusperren. Wobei ich mir nicht vorstellen kann, das sowas nicht schon automatisiert m\u00f6glich ist.<\/p>\n
Warum jetzt Singapur, Hong Kong und Korea auf die gleiche Art betroffen sind hat irgendwie auch noch keiner erkl\u00e4rt.<\/p>\n
Ich tu mich zwar ein bi\u00dfchen schwer damit, weil mir flickr aus mehreren Gr\u00fcnden gut gefallen hat, aber ich guck mich grad mal bei sevenload.com<\/a> um.<\/p>\n Nachtrag: Komisch… pl\u00f6tzlich kann ich die Bilder loupiote (Old Skool)<\/a>, die eine Art Referenz f\u00fcr gesperrte Bilder waren, wieder betrachten. Ich werd mal ein bisschen rumrecherchieren. (etwas sp\u00e4ter) Das ist offenbar eine seltsame Ausnahme dies hier z.B http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/curiouskiwi\/7453320<\/a> ist nach wie vor gesperrt.<\/p>\n Noch ein Nachtrag: Wenn man dann packen und gehen will mit diesem Programm (flickrdown<\/a>) kann man seinen Flickr Inhalt komplett runterladen.
